As the creative team behind You're Most Welcome, Tom and Lauren bring a combined background in camera, directing, and post-production with deep experience across broadcast, streaming, and branded content.

Tom has worked extensively in the camera department (as DoP, Operator, and AC) as well as a Shooting Producer/Director, collaborating with independent production companies and major broadcasters including BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Discovery.

Lauren brings along her experience as a Broadcast Online Editor, working on both prime-time television and stylised digital content. Her editorial credits span documentaries, factual series, and high-volume entertainment formats for BBC, MTV, and Channel 4, alongside projects for emerging platforms and VR.

Their joint portfolio covers every stage of production from development and shooting to final delivery, grounded in strong storytelling, creative adaptability, and technical excellence.
